Victoria Laniakea is a social impact consultant, public policy advisor, community development practitioner and a social entrepreneur with a passion for connecting humans through our shared experiences. She holds academic qualifications in psychology and public policy. Her background and major areas of policy and program expertise are in international aid and development, disability, refugee resettlement, child protection and gender inequality.

With key skills in building capacity and developing resources for international development organizations, Benjamin is passionate about innovative, cross-sector solutions that connect actors and capital across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Gursmeep is a consultant at the World Bank in Washington DC. Equipped with a background in data analytics, public policy, finance and engineering, Gursmeep hopes to use it to address challenges in the private and public sectors. Her previous work in an investment banking role at Barclays and concurrently co-founding a nonprofit in India has instilled in her a passion to combine the best of technology, quantitative skills, and social science methods.
